got this error:

tried

sudo apt-get install pkg-config
sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0-dev
sudo apt install libgtk-3-dev

but don't work.

• Then create conda env with pip opencv-python (https:// github.com/opencv/opencv/ issues/8537#issuecomment-1189051711) solves it
