[FEATURE] Vertical waybar position

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

My notebook has a 1366x768 resolution; can the bar be positioned vertically on the left? That would be perfect for me.
I'd be happy with just one theme; if it could be the glass theme with the offset set to 0 to optimize the workspace, that would be fantastic.
