[BUG] settings widget (ml4w-settings) is not present after running rolling release installer

Describe the bug

pressing any button to open "settings" fails; by directly attempting to run the widget using ml4w-settings, it terminates and says "Could not open config file at "/home/{home dir}/.local/share/ml4w-dotfiles-settings/quickshell". Looking for that directory, the quickshell directory does not exist, with the only directory present in ml4w-dotfiles-settings being "colors". Looking at recent changes to the config, I cannot tell if this is intentional or not, as I can't find the files in this or other repositories that are related to this widget.

Steps to reproduce

1. open up the welcome page or the side panel
2. click the settings
3. nothing happens (due to aforementioned silent failure)

Expected behavior

the settings widget should open, same as how the hyprland widget does.
