There are quite a few to choose from https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/List_of_applications/Utilities#On-screen_keyboards have you tried any? This also seems like a personal choice kind of feature. Might be best to leave it to the individual user to pick one. otherwise someone else might ask to install a different one.
