Partial-screen embedding / fully custom UI without the built-in client?

I'm integrating plugNmeet (considering Cloud) into a Next.js app and have two related questions about UI flexibility:

1. Is it possible to render the plugNmeet interface in only part of the page (e.g. a quarter of the screen) with my own custom components around/beside it - rather than it taking over the full viewport?
2. Is there any way to build a fully custom React UI - my own components for video tiles, controls, etc. - that connects directly to plugNmeet's session/room features, without rendering the bundled client UI at all? Or is going straight to LiveKit (bypassing plugNmeet's client entirely) the only way to achieve that level of customization?

I'm specifically unsure whether either of these is even possible on plugNmeet Cloud, or if it would require self-hosting to have that level of control. Any guidance would be appreciated - thanks!
