Make automations with smappee_ev entities

First of all, thanks a lot for this nice integration! It is way more responsive that the official one! :)

I was looking into automating the led brightness of the charger. E.g. during the day I want to have the led more bright than at night. and when no cable is connected, the light goes off. When I try to set the trigger for "CABLE_CONNECTED" on entity "EVSE status", I only have 2 options "not available" and "unknown".

Is there by any chance a way to have these also exposed in automations?

thanks for the kind words! Hmm, let's think about this suggestion.
Perhaps you could use the EVCC-state (A, B, C, ...). In case of A --> no car connected
B/C car connected.

Would that work for you?

Actually, what does EVSE (status) mean?

Hi Peter, sorry, I just saw this now.
I just return the status from MQTT.

• Connector 1 EVSE status: Charging, Charging_finished, Suspended_evse, available, ...
• Connector EVCC state: B, C, ...
• Connector 1 Charging state: Started, Suspended, ...

not sure exactly what the difference is between the first and the last, the last one shows more details.
