Finish coding produces an error when there is no issue and no commit message

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In a test project
2. Create a branch "test" and start coding
3. coder finish myrontuttle project
4. Error on coder.py line 209
5. Error on todo.py line 154,

Expected behavior
Return no issue number if there are no "/" to split on in branch name
