Updates the pricing page to match the metrics retention bump on the services side.
Both the plan feature bullets and the feature-comparison table are updated.
Mirrors n0-computer/svc#870 (closes n0-computer/svc#867). We're prioritizing conversion, and most of the margin and interest in upgrading to Pro comes from relays rather than metrics retention so the lower tiers can have a longer metrics window.
