Outline

This wiki is a being made for practice for the actual code jam. As we come up with development ideas they should be posted here. Going into the project it will be nice to have some sort of outline so we are all on the same page. It would also be good to communicate what we are working on so two people don't spend a lot of time on the same bits of code!

For the webhooks I only included pushes and wiki updates. Should I include pull requests as well?
