Our workflow is failing but there is no indication of where the failure happen are nodes are marked as successfully completed.

We've upgrade to the most recent version but the behavior is the same. Workflow ran for almost 3 hrs (assuming executing time is hours and minutes since it ran much longer than 2 mins 45 sec). and then failed. No indication of were and all execution data is removed.

As you are using n8n cloud it may be worth reaching out to the support team at help@n8n.io who will be able to take a look at your cloud instance and check the logs.

This is sadly not something I can do from here and they will be able to escalate to the dev team if needed.

If you let me know what your ticket number is once you have raised the request I can keep an eye out for it and add the notes from this issue to it.
