Error in telegram trigger

Bug Description

I had previous workflow with telegram,

Then I tried to create a new workflow with a telegram trigger but I have the error:

Due to Telegram API limitations, you can use just one Telegram trigger for each bot at a time

I had deleted all previous workflows and created a new connection with a new telegram bot, but the error is still displayed. I cannot start my workflow

To Reproduce

1. Go to add a telegram trigger
2. try to test
3. but the error is desplayed

Expected behavior

I can user telegram trigger as it is the unique workflow in my account, the rest are deleted
