Signed and notarized macOS release.

Changes:

  • Added automatic support for the newer ~/.codex/sqlite/state_5.sqlite root used by recent Codex Desktop builds.
  • Repair, move, trash, restore, and branch operations now back up and update every compatible Codex state root that contains the affected chat.
  • Added a small modern / legacy state-root badge with an explanatory info dialog.
  • Added Simplified Chinese localization resources for the main app UI.
