Signed and notarized macOS release.

Changes:

  • Merges compatible Codex SQLite state roots when listing chats, using the newest row per thread id.
  • Fixes visibility for Codex Desktop chats that exist only in the legacy state root.
  • Adds a pinned Chats section for chats created outside normal project folders.
  • Keeps All Projects as the default startup selection while keeping Chats visible above the project list.
