Basic support for special missions

Added basic support for special missions in the VB series. The app should also disallow you from uploading special missions onto BE characters. At the same time, I have given 9 of each special mission to test out.

NOTE: Before installing, clear application data if you have the old version, otherwise it will crash. You will have to import secrets and cards again.
