depth folder why is it not convert in to 3d

it only works with the png that is in the folder if put it in say DaVinci Resolve to edit it and the you put the edit back in to the depth folder it just comes out as a flat clip why

The depth PNG file must be a 16-bit grayscale image.
Please check that it was not exported in another format, such as 8-bit RGB.

DaVinci Resolve does not create 16 bit png only 24 bit thank you nagadomi will look for another software that does
