Revisit Social Sign On

The current implementation is clunky.

- Replace hybrid auth with a native system which uses drivers so the dev can choose which service they wish to support. 
- Pass profile image directly to CDN service when creating a user
- Allow user avatar bucket to be configured

Thought: consider building this as a stand-alone module for generic social API access?
