fix: remove issue where unshield is deleting memo

• Adds memo for unshields, shielded tranfers, ibc transfers and swaps.

As Brent mentioned we probably need either need to add this to config.toml or to use ENV.
Also this only adds memo to the transfer txs.

I've updated this so that it closes #2315 only and I'll create a new PR for "Powered by Namadillo"
