Weird black box appears when scrolling open tabs on taskbar

So no matter the theme being used even if its a default Windows theme, ever since I've patched and done everything, every time I move from one open app to another to view the preview, it gives me a weird black rectangle above the taskbar covering the entire lower part of the screen for a second while the animation plays.

Hopefully the video loads. Not a big deal or anything I can't live with, just pointing it out cus I'm not entirely sure if its something on my end or just a bug. I do have Open Shell installed as well, however turning it off produces the same result.

Unlikely to be a SecureUxTheme issue, it's more likely some other tool or the theme itself.
