Create ENSNode SDK package for server runtime

This package should focus on shared server runtime APIs and functionalities. For example, we could include a simple ENSDb Client here, or define different drizzle clients (read/write, read-only), etc.

We now have @ensnode/ensdb-sdk package that serves the original purpose of this issue.
