Node version outdated

Hi,

we really like the protoc-all image in our CI/CD pipeline.
However the node version is very very old and cannot run our build-code.
Could you please upgrade the image to the latest LTS Version of node ?

https://github.com/namely/docker-protoc/releases/tag/v1.51_2 has been upgraded to use Node.js 18.
