After recieving the MongoDB / .env credentials, complete the following steps to upload a packet.

1. Delete all existing rawpackets, and upload your new set (specific to 1 competition and year).
2. Run pdf-to-txt.py, filling in the required parameters
3. Run science_bowl_parser.py
4. Run upload_to_mongodb.py
