• Smarter project beacons. Ground cards now distinguish three live states: Working (Claude is generating), Waiting (Claude is waiting for your input), and Terminal (a plain shell is open). You can see which project needs you at a glance.
• Calmer Board launches. Opening a task drawer starts a plain Claude session — nothing is sent automatically. Click "Insert task into input" to paste the task title + content into the prompt, unsent, so you can edit before running.
• Pane titles. Each terminal pane header now shows Claude's live topic summary, so tiled sessions are tellable apart.
• Voice dictation (experimental) — removed again in 0.5.1.
