Critical fix — onboarding could trap you at "Waiting for the CLI…"

  • Claude Code detection now re-resolves through a fresh login shell and well-known install locations, so a CLI that was already installed (nvm/npm, Homebrew on Intel, the official installer) — or installed while OPEN GROUND was running — is found reliably.
  • Even if detection still can't see it, a new "Continue anyway" link lets you through. You can never get stuck on that screen again.

Board

  • New explicit Run button with per-card run settings (flow: merge/PR, model, effort) and board-level run defaults.

Canvas

  • Figma-style interaction upgrades: Alt-drag duplicate, frame dissolve, copy/paste styles, distance measurement, axis-locked dragging, and more.

Ground

  • Project cards now show live Running / Waiting stamps while Claude works.
