Add collection related interfaces and classes

Description

• Add IEnumerable<out T>, IEnumerator<out T>, IComparer<in T> and SZGenericArrayEnumeratorBase.
• Add lang version property with 13.0 (required for generic types with ref structs). Need to evaluate if this should be moved to general nano project properties instead as it seems prevalent with several language features used with generics.
• Fix some code style issues.
• Commented out several comparares classes waiting for need accessment.
• Remove unused code.

• Running core lib unit tests locally and testing with MDP test app.
