Bump version of native assemblies declaration so it doesn't resemble with NuGet version #491

This version keeps confusing developers trying to match the NuGet version to the native assembly declaration.
More details on this can be found here.
Bumping the native declarations to an unrelated number should make this more obvious and hopefully less tempting to try that match.
