Description

• Add method that crawls TypeSpec items and removes the unused/unnecessary ones.

Motivation and Context

• Removes unused entries in this table thus reducing the PE file size.

How Has This Been Tested?

• MDP unit tests.
• [tested against nanoclr buildId 57781].
