Describe the contribution

• Fix File transfer priority level configuration requirement clarification #239
• Fix File receive transactions are not canceled when a fault is detected #128
• Fix Suspend request faults not detected #127
• Fix Configuration table does not contain all required items #122 (note issue CFDP protocol timer configuration is not per channel (CF5002 and CF4000.1.1 failure) #120 still exists)
• Fix Housekeeping telemetry message does not contain all required values #121
• Fix Not all configuration table parameters are validated #119
• Part CFDP protocol timer configuration is not per channel (CF5002 and CF4000.1.1 failure) #120 (just removes duplicate element from requirement, doesn't fix issue)

Also removed old/obsolete requirements spreadsheet
