Fix #107, Remove redundant variables in CS_GetEntryIDEepromCmd()

Describe the contribution

• Fixes CS_GetEntryIDEepromCmd can be simplified by removing redundant variables #107
  • Uses CS_AppData.ResEepromTblPtr directly in the if condition, rather than through double-abstraction.

Testing performed
GitHub CI actions all passing successfully (incl. Build + Run, Unit/Functional Tests etc.).

Expected behavior changes
Function is clearer without the redundant variables.

System(s) tested on
Debian 12 using the current main branch of cFS bundle.
