When building a table, if there is no exact match for the table name in the database then check for a numeric suffix and trim it off. This allows multiple tables to be registered using the same table definition, by adding a numeric suffix to the name. In particular MD requires this feature, as it has a variable number of dwell tables that have a name DWELL_TABLE<x>.

Handle EDS "PaddingEntry" elements in containers. In this case the member has no type, and should be translated to an array of uint8 values of the appropriate size.

Injects "Spare" bytes where required to compensate for padding.

The CTF tool appears to actually assign values to spare fields, so the name "Spare" is important.
