- updated amplicon Illumina worklfow, notes in changelog
catching up to master
- 18S option added
- will use the PR2 database provided by the DECIPHER developers from here: http://www2.decipher.codes/Downloads.html
- option to just concatenate reads instead of merging them has been added, which can be useful in scenarios like when primers such as 515-926 were used and captured 18S sequences that are not expected to overlap
- updating current workflow version listed
