Dynamic glint correction

Currently, only one processing parameterization is possible per file in L2. While this tends to be adequate for hourly files, longer files during which the optical water type changes could call for different glint corrections, NIR-residual, and BRDF corrections for each ensemble. This would require a dynamic selection of these parameterizations based on the optical water type within the L2 ensemble, which should ideally be automated. Establishing the thresholds and decision tree will require significant investigation prior to implementation.
