F Prime has one; maybe FPP should have one too. If we do, I think it should be a supplement to the F Prime guide, and it should be short and simple. It could say something like this:
- Be familiar with the F Prime guide [cite].
- Either pick an existing approved unassigned issue, or submit a new issue and get it approved by the F Prime CCB, as explained in item 1.
- Unless the issue is very simple to resolve (e.g., a simple bug fix), consult us, and we will provide guidance on how to proceed.

but I think contains too much technical info and has too much overlap with the F Prime guide. If there is technical info there that is currently missing from the wiki (e.g., an architecture overview), then we can add it to the wiki.
