Unable to get fprime-util visualize working

Hello All,
While getting to visualise an F Prime project using fprime-util visualize, I am facing following error:

Following is the image of the web app which opens to visualise but it comes empty:

Am I missing something in the arguments or any other installation which is needed?

[ERROR] Cannot find executable: fpp-to-layout.

pip install fpp-to-layout should fix your issue. That being said, we do have a bug here, as https://pypi.org/project/fprime-fpp-to-layout has not been added to the requirements.txt

Thank You @thomas-bc for the fix.
In addition to the above point post installing fpp-to-layout via pip. We get error of [ERROR] Can not find fpp-import-list and fpp-source-list. They are generated in another directory and if we copy them to the required location visualisation works. Is it the correct way to do so, or do we have to set some path to resolve this?
