Thanks, Megan! Could you also take a look at LICENSE.txt (removing the list of orgs making up NatCap), and maybe add a note as well to HISTORY about the name change? I think it's fine to leave any other mentions of the Natural Capital Project in HISTORY as they are. Thanks!

Looks like the only references to the Natural Capital Project are in
pyproject.tomlandLICENSE.txt. This PR updates the former but not the latter; there's a separate issue for that, as there may be additional changes beyond just the name.
