enable this by using
--systemor-fsys=luaappears to work fine on my machine, testing by running
zig build run-example-interpreter -fsys=luawhile i have the Lua library installed and available topkg-configand appropriately failing if i uninstall my system's Lua library.i'll also create a PR targeting #main
