Option to not order commands by Name in DefaultHelpTextGenerator #147

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like the default help text to list my commands in the order that I have specified them, and not reorder them by name.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would introduce an option in CommandLineApplication to turn this behavior off in DefaultHelpTextGenerator, but leave the option on by default for backwards compatibility.
