feat: embed commit/date from build info, hide unknown version fields

Read vcs.revision/vcs.time via ReadBuildInfo so local source builds self-describe
without ldflags. Omit Build Date/Commit lines when unknown (go install builds carry
only the module version). Add mango emoji to the version brand.
