v0.1.0

⚠️ DEPRECATED — upgrade to v0.7.0 immediately.

v0.1.0 has no rotate-master command — if your vault master password
ever leaks, the only recovery path is manually get-ing every entry
and re-creating the vault. v0.7.0 adds proper master rotation plus
scriptable password sources (--password-env, --password-stdin,
macOS Keychain) and Windows/macOS-x86_64 binaries.

Existing v0.1.0 vaults are fully forward-compatible with v0.7.0.
