BgLight v1.3.1 — maintenance release: cleanups and small robustness fixes on top of v1.3.0.

Changed

• DNS now reflects the primary (first active IPv4) adapter only, consistent with MAC/DHCP.
• More robust antivirus state decoding (nibble masks) for third-party products.

Removed

• Internal cleanup: unused disk fields + a redundant disk query removed; duplicate accent brush merged.

(Feature set unchanged from v1.3.0: sectioned panel, background image, multi-monitor, DPI, shadow/border.)

Install / usage

Download BgLight-v1.3.0.exe. Requires .NET Framework 4.8 (built into Windows 10/11). Run it; options:

Positions: TopLeft, TopRight, BottomLeft, BottomRight. Security fields (BitLocker/activation/antivirus) need elevation, otherwise show N/A. For periodic refresh, schedule it (Task Scheduler / GPO). See the README.
