How to download and use the Obsidian vault

3. Unzip the folder on your computer

🔍 Investigation: Indigenous Involvement in Psionic Programs

A major, specific focus of this repository is tracking down and cataloging every mention of Indigenous, Native, Native American, or First Nations people allegedly being used in these black programs.

🛠 Automated W5 Extraction Pipeline

This repository includes a custom, framework-agnostic AI Agent skill (w5-extractor) designed to automate the ingestion and analysis of new videos, articles, and documents related to Native Psionic Programs. It is built using the standard SKILL.md format, making it compatible across virtually all modern AI coding assistants (Trae, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, Roo, OpenClaw, etc.).

The pipeline guarantees that every piece of media is analyzed for the "W5":

1. Who: All persons, organizations, or entities mentioned.
2. What: The core concepts, programs, or technologies discussed.
3. Where: Specific geographic locations, facilities, or conceptual zones.
4. When: Timestamps, historical eras, or relative timeframes.
5. Why: The underlying motivation, purpose, or implication of the claims.

How to use it across any IDE/Agent

This pipeline uses the standard SKILL.md plain-text configuration layer. There is no installation required, no CLI to install, and no API configuration.

If you are using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, Roo, or Trae, they will automatically read the skills/w5-extractor/SKILL.md file when operating within this workspace.

Triggering the Skill

To use the pipeline, simply:

1. Provide the agent with a URL (YouTube video or webpage).
2. Say: "Run w5 on [URL]"
3. The agent will automatically:
   • Run the ingestion script (tools/ingest.py) to download transcripts/text.
   • Analyze the text for the W5 (paying special attention to Indigenous verbiage).
   • Create new Obsidian Source and Entity notes, perfectly formatted and linked.
   • Update this README and the RESOURCES.md file.
