[2.2.0] Unintended Youtube video playback with MCP

I used mcp-DEEPwebresearch for web search and found an interesting bug that would trigger the playback of the Youtube video in the background.

I am using Deepseek R1. The playbacks started at the second query from multiple videos. The exact responses are too big for the debug console.

One thing I have eliminated is the playbacks are not in the headless browser used by MCP and Playwright.

"Get latest cat videos from youtube" would trigger this.
