Ndless r2022 for OS 6.4.0.74

Changes since r2021:

• Support for OS 6.4.0.74 (CX II, CX II-T, CX II CAS) has been added
• The framebuffer for compatibility mode apps is now auto-cleared on CX II

The SDK includes some changes as well:

• A bug swapping device_get_ivars and device_get_softc was fixed
• The function signatures for usbd_do_request_flags and usbd_do_request_flags_pipe were fixed

If your CX II is running OS 6.3, Ndless cannot be installed directly. Instead, you can upgrade to 6.4.0.74 to use Ndless. Simply use your software of choice (N-Link, WebTILP, or the TI Nspire Computer Software) to transfer the 6.4.0.74 OS image onto your calculator.

Fun Fact: The installer for 6.4.0.74 is the exact same as for 6.2.0.333 and 4.5.5.79!
