Interactive Makefile to Shake convertor

Not intended for running, but intended to provide lots of samples, and easy ways to type and interactively see what you would do in Shake. It should deal with as many corner cases as possible, e.g. how do you switch to Shell mode in cmd, use of () <- to bind etc.

If I do this the best approach is probably to use https://github.com/nmattia/mask from @nmattia combined with GHC JS and host it online. Should be fairly easy given the Makefile parser.
