Recursive copy command

Shouldn't shake include a command to recursively copy changed files of a directory a la copyFileChanged.

Otherwise one has to use cp which can lead to subtle bugs:

(Of course I had to stumble upon it and waste countless hours trying to figure out what's wrong 😭)

Certainly possible. My only hesitation is that with copyFileChanged it's easy to declare the target correctly in the rule that calls it (just the output file), whereas copyDirChanged requires either multi-output rules, or considering one target special etc. However, might as well provide it and document those issues rather than just ignore it.

That's what I'm doing at the moment:

"build//readme.md" %> \out -> do
  cmd_ "rsync --recursive --update --links" srcDir (dropFileName out)

I define a proxy file and make it the trigger for syncing the whole directory.
Shake should support a better way, right?

No obvious improvement to the output problem - every solution has drawbacks. Will have a think, and in the meantime add copyDirChanged.
