Currently, mapget feature references do not allow referencing across maps. However, in cases where (e.g. for a validation error datasource) features need to point to features in another map, this is needed. So somehow, references will need to carry an additional 2B StringId extMapId payload on-demand. The external map reference shall also be supported in GeoJson Export/Import and in the Python APi.
