Feature Request: Create a ktx module with common boilerplate code

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There's a lot of stuff everyone does with Testify, like creating a test harness Activity, enabling flags, customizing the Test Runner, etc.
It would be handy if this boilerplate was provided as an additional ktx module.

This feedback relates to:

• The sample code
• The documentation
