Evaluate Update

Live server will have new updates in a few minutes specifically the ability to re-evaluate models. This feature should help track how models perform after retraining.

Okay i think its working??? haha we also have fully new training solution. The training is happening now completely separated from the main server. I expect issues in the coming weeks just figuring out how this setup breaks, but should scale more dynamically and offer better end experience.
