Description
This PR adds and MIT license and third party license notices, preventing any future legal headaches as the project grows.
Next steps
We should strongly consider adding
cargo-denyas a step in our CI to ensure we don't accidentally include any dependencies with incompatible licenses. I've created #478 to tackle this.
