Correcting block styles forgets HTML5 menu tag

The section that adds "display: block" to the HTML5 block elements does not add it to the "menu" element.

We shouldn't need to because menu was first defined back in HTML2 http://reference.sitepoint.com/html/menu

My main concern was the deprecation in HTML 4.01 in combination of the re-use in HTML5. Even though it was created as a block element in HTML2, any browser that removed it in HTML4 and hasn't reimplemented it in HTML5 would have issues. I can't seem to find a definitive and recent reference for whether or not any browsers took out the menu tag, though. I'll admit that it's possible that this isn't an issue.

It was deprecated for authors, but AFAIK browsers don't drop these things otherwise old web docs could break. I'm going to close this but if you find any evidence that this issue needs to be looked at again, please don't hesitate to reopen it. Thanks :)
