What’s New

• Device Key Templates are now available for managing phone button layouts at scale. You can create reusable key templates and assign them to multiple devices without copying keys to each device individually.
• Fixed the bug that prevented some system-generated emails from showing in the log.

Highlights

• Added a new Device Key Templates area for creating and managing reusable key layouts.
• Devices can now use either a Key Template or a legacy Device Profile.
• Device create, update, bulk update, and extension device modals now support Key Template assignment.
• Device lists now show whether a device is using a Profile or a Key Template.
• Provisioning now applies assigned Key Templates automatically, including older provisioning URLs.
• This makes rolling out consistent button layouts across many phones much easier while keeping per-device overrides available when needed.
